Approved companies receive 3 successfully generated proposals over 90 days, with up to 3 regenerations per proposal, watermarked PDF previews and editable Word downloads after finalisation. The allowance is shared across the company.
Your access period starts when Virtufy approves your company, rather than when you register. Registration and email verification alone do not activate proposal access.
A successful first AI generation uses one proposal from your company allowance. Saving a draft or a failed generation does not use a proposal. Regenerations use that proposal’s separate regeneration allowance.
The launch allowance does not renew automatically. When your access expires or your proposal allowance is used, contact Virtufy to discuss continued access. No payment is required for approved launch access.
